This collection of herbs is used in combination as a traditional seasoning in southern French cuisine to add a unique, flavorful and savory flavor to chicken, lamb or vegetables. This collection contains one plant of each of the following: Thyme, Savory, Oregano, Rosemary, Sweet Marjoram, and Lavender. Use the following recipe to preserve your own high quality seasoning.
Herbs de Provence
3 Tbs. dried thyme
2 Tbs. dried savory
1 Tbs. dried oregano
3 tsp. dried rosemary
2 tsp. dried sweet marjoram
1 Tbs. dried lavender blossoms
Mix well and store in an air-tight container. Makes 1/4 cup.

Due to the nature of shipping live plants, when you place an order, we will simply hold your order and ship it at the proper time for your zone, when weather permits in April 2013. Seed packets are shipped year round through USPS.
