Ingredients

  • 2 cups lentils
  • 1 yellow onion
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 6 cups water
  • 1 cube chicken buillon
  • 6 mushrooms
  • 1/2-1 teaspoon cumin
  • 2 teaspoons dill
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 4 cloves garlic

Instructions

  1. Bring water to boil, then add all ingredients.
  2. Turn down to medium and cook until lentils are soft.
