Plant in the spring after all danger of frost has passed in a location that will receive full sun to partial shade. Space plants 6″ apart in average soil that is well-drained.
Does well in containers or mixed pots. Plant height 16-18″. For best leaf flavor add a layer of organic mulch around each plant to help keep the soil cool during the hot summer months.
Cutting Celery apium graveolens
Cutting Celery is a leafy herb that has a bold, sweet celery flavor – much easier to grow than standard celery. It looks like a cross between Chervil and Parsley. Use as an ingredient in salad and micro mix, or try it cooked in soups, stews, and mixed vegetables.
